Executive Summary
Enanta Pharmaceuticals (antibiotics; immunosuppressants) has closed the first tranche of a $25mm Series E private placement of shares to lead investors Biomedicine LP and BioVentures Investors. New investors Lancet Capital, Swiss Life Private Equity Partners, MC Financial Services, and Wheatley Medtech Partners were joined by returning investors TVM Techno Venture Management, Oxford Bioscience Partners, and Advent International. Pacific Growth Equities served as placement agent for this financing, which has brought in $18mm so far.
