Australian pharmaceutical R&D company Amrad (infectious and neurological diseases; allergy and inflammation) licensed ReNeuron Holdings PLC (treatments for neurological disorders) exclusive worldwide rights to its patent for c-Myc and related genes. ReNeuron will use c-Myc to immortalize human neural cells in order to derive stable human cell lines suitable for clinical trials.
