Executive Summary
To focus entirely on its main business of developing technology to reduce side effects of anticancer drugs and increase their effectiveness, Inex Pharmaceuticals has formed a new gene delivery division, called Protiva Biotherapeutics. The company is bringing in about $1.5mm from third parties to help fund the new unit.
