Executive Summary
German functional proteomics start-up Cellzome GMBH has completed a second-round $31mm (Euro34mm) private placement to returning investors Atlas Venture, Advent International and Heidelberg Innovation, joined by new participants Index Ventures (which led the round), Sofinnova, and Schroders Investment Management. Index general partner Neil Rimer will also join Cellzome's board.
