Executive Summary
Monoclonal antibody company Medarex has licensed Immuno-Designed Molecules (gene therapy for cancer) worldwide rights to certain products and technology in exchange for equity in IDM, increasing Medarex's interest in the company from 6% to about 34%. The agreement replaces a preliminary announcement made in February.
