Executive Summary
Just months after their first dermatology deal, Bioglan's US subsidiary, Bioglan Pharma acquired four OTC and prescription skin products from partner Medicis: the OTC Zostrix and Theraplex, and prescription Zonalon. The agreement also involves the purchase of Exorex Co., a joint venture between Medicis and IMX Pharmaceutical--including the JV's OTC drug Exorex.
