Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd. and Shanghai Fosun Pharma signed a strategic agreement June 5 to build a joint venture company and establish a nationwide medical logistics network within three to five years with an investment of $500 million to $1 billion, with warehouse space up to three million square meters.
