Jumpcan Medicines Group, a pharmaceutical company based out of Taixing City in Jiangsu province, will acquire Jiangsu Tianji Pharmaceutical. Jumpcan, which possesses a large sales operation network, achieved sales of RMB 1.8 billion this year.
