Founded by Dr. Hao Yan, EPS is now a First Section-listed company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and one of only two foreign-established First Section-listed companies in 60 years of TSE history. When the company was founded, Yan was a Chinese graduate student majoring in medical statistics at the University of Tokyo. With more than 2,000 employees, EPS offers major clinical trial services together with software and systems development, and operates in Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, the Philippines and mainland China.
