Japanese pharmaceutical granulation and coating equipment maker Freund achieved increased sales and profits for the fiscal year ending Feb. 28. The sales for the JASDAQ-listed company increased by 0.2 percent to ¥13.5 billion, business profit increased by 4.1 percent to ¥1.1 billion and net profit grew by 1.7 percent to ¥630 million.
