Shanghai Industrial Pharmaceutical Investment To Acquire Changcheng Pharmaceutical

Shanghai Industrial Pharmaceutical Investment's subsidiary Shanghai Industrial United Holdings has signed an agreement with Jinjiang International Holdings to acquire the latter's 30 percent stake in Changcheng Pharmaceutical for 27.12 million yuan. The deal means Shanghai Industrial United Holdings will fully own 100 percent of Changcheng Pharmaceutical's shares. The acquisition will help Shanghai Industrial consolidate its pharmaceutical resources to maximize production capacity and expand the market share of its core products.
