India's Jubilant Organosys has set aside $100 million to acquire companies in the clinical research area in the United States and Europe. Specifically, Jubilant wants companies engaging in contract research and manufacturing services, drug discovery and clinical research. The company seeks to position itself as a source for outsourcing partnerships with major global drug makers and as a service provider, according to the firm's finance director.
