Aeterna Zentaris Adds Board Members

Aeterna Zentaris., a company focusing on endocrinology, oncology and women’s health, has appointed Michael Cardiff and Ken Newport to its board of directors. Cardiff is currently the CEO of the consulting firm Accelerents and prior to this he held various senior positions in technology companies. Newport was previously senior vice president and executive committee member at PRA International, Inc. and he was also co-founder and president of CroMedica Inc., which was sold to PRA international in 2002. He was also a founding member of Global Biomedical Capital Corporation, Zelos Therapeutics Inc. and Prime Trials Inc.
