Executive Summary
Investors classify each other as bulls or bears. Bulls are greedy for rising markets whereas bears fear falling markets. After another down-week for the NASDAQ Biotech Index that included a savage selloff on Thursday, I suspect the weight of money is bearishly moving away from the sector, and some of this flight away from riskier life science investments may be due to the focus on quite a different stock market animal.
