Adare Pharma Appoints Joe Del Buono CFO

Adare Pharmaceuticals Inc., formerly Aptalis Pharmaceutical Technologies, has named Joseph (Joe) Del Buono vice-president of finance and chief financial officer. Based at the company's headquarters in Princeton, New Jersey, Del Buono will help drive Adare's growth by building out the finance function and establishing a financial infrastructure to support the company's multinational operations. He will also provide financial oversight and guidance on Adare's operations and growth opportunities. He comes to Adare from Aphena Pharma Solutions where he was corporate vice-president and CFO since 2011. Previously, he has held a number of senior finance positions at Alpharma/King Pharmaceuticals, Sun Chemical and Schering-Plough.
