Executive Summary
Principia Biopharma, a private, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, has appointed Roy Hardiman to the newly created position of chief business officer. Mr Hardiman joins the company from Genentech where he held various senior level positions including vice-president of alliance management; vice-president of corporate law; and assistant secretary and director of business and corporate development. Mr Hardiman is also on the board of trustees for the University of California, Santa Barbara Foundation.
