Endo chief legal officer retires

Dublin, Ireland-based Endo International has announced its chief legal officer Caroline B Manogue is retiring from the company on 1 July 2015. Endo said it has hired a "leading executive search firm to assist in identifying a successor." Ms Manogue, who joined the company in 2000, will continue to serve in her role during the search process and through a transition period once her successor has been named, the company said.
