Cesca Therapeutics appoints Denis Rhein to board

California-based Cesca Therapeutics, an autologous cell-based regenerative medicine company, has named Mr Denis Michael Rhein to its board of directors. Mr Rhein is the founder and director of EMR Vermögensverwaltung, an investment management company and the founder, principal shareholder and director of Illumisound, an alternative energy efficient commercial lighting company. He also has over 30 years of corporate banking and securities experience at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, Germany.
