Andreas Fibig, president of Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals and a member of the company's executive committee is to leave the German drugmaker on 1 September 2014. Bayer plans to announce Mr Fibig's successor "in a few days," it said. Mr Fibig, who will become chief executive of New York-based firm International Flavors and Fragrances, has held the post of president since September 2008.
