Executive Summary
The EU clinical trials Regulation is on its way to final adoption after the European Parliament's environment and public health (ENVI) committee waved the legislation through at its 22 January meeting. The text of the regulation, on which political agreement was reached in December, now goes for a debate and vote at the plenary session of the parliament on 2-3 April.
