Galena pays $1.6m up front for anagrelide CR

Portland, Oregon-based Galena BioPharma paid $1.6m in upfront cash for Mills Pharmaceuticals, which is developing GALE-401 (anagrelide CR) under the 505(b)2 regulatory pathway for drugs that are based on already approved products.
