FDA's CDER names new senior advisor

Executive Summary
Robert Guidos has joined the US FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) as a senior advisor to the center director – effective 15 July. He will provide leadership and co-ordination for projects and activities led by the Immediate Office of the Center Director. Prior to joining CDER, Mr Guidos was vice-president of public policy and government relations for the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA).
