MannKind gets $160m debt facility as Afrezza data loom

MannKind entered into debt financing with affiliates of Deerfield Management in which the investment management firm will buy up to $160 million in senior secured notes in four different tranches tied to certain milestones for the Valencia, California-based drug developer's inhaled insulin Afrezza.
