BMS sheds more OTC assets in $482m S American option deal with Reckitt

Reckitt Benckiser (RB) will pay Bristol-Myers Squibb $438 million upfront for the exclusive rights to sell, distribute and market seven over-the-counter BMS medicines in Latin America - primarily Mexico and Brazil - plus a $44 million option fee for the right to purchase the products outright at the end of the three-year OTC marketing agreement's term.
