Pharmac, New Zealand's national pharmaceuticals funder, is seeking feedback on a proposal relating to the establishment of a nationally-consistent list of pharmaceuticals to be funded within district health board hospitals. The agency has released two lists of medicines – mainly covering cardiovascular and musculoskeletal treatments - that it proposes every district health board hospital will fund. The consultation will run until 7 September.
