Sanofi proposes Laurent Attal as board member

Sanofi's board of directors has proposed that the company appoint Laurent Attal a director at the general shareholders' meeting of 4 May 2012, to replace Lindsay Owen-Jones who is not seeking re-appointment. Mr Attal is currently executive vice-president of research and innovation at L'Oréal, where he has served in numerous roles since 1986.
