Onyx Pharmaceuticals, a biopharmaceutical company developing cancer treatments, has appointed Luigi Costa vice-president and head of Europe, reporting to Dr Helen Torley, executive vice-president and CCO of Onyx. Prior to joining Onyx, Mr Costa spent eight years at Amgen where he most recently served as vice-president and general manager of France.
