Executive Summary
Hospira, a leading provider of injectable drugs and infusion technologies, has appointed Zena Kaufman senior vice-president of quality, effective 27 February 2012. Ms Kaufman will report to F Michael Ball, Hospira's CEO. She most recently served as divisional vice-president of global quality systems and global pharmaceutical operations for Abbott Laboratories. She currently serves on the board of the Parental Drug Association, and was previously a representative of PhRMA.
