Pharmaceutical companies need to be more patient-centric if they are to turn around their declining reputations, according to a corporate reputation survey of 500 influential patient groups in 61 different countries published by PatientView, an independent, global, research-and-publishing organisation that works closely with patients and health and social campaigning groups worldwide (Corporate Reputation of Pharma – the Patient Perspective).
