Executive Summary
ReNeuron has made several changes to its board of directors, including the appointments of John Berriman and Simon Cartmell as non-executive directors. Mr Berriman is chairman of Heptares Therapeutics and Pronota, and deputy chairman of Algeta, and Mr Cartmell was ApaTech's CEO until June 2010. In addition, ReNeuron has appointed Bryan Morton, a non-executive director since 2008, chairman, while current chairman Professor Trevor Jones will step down to establish and chair a scientific and strategic advisory group.
