PharmaNet names Posener as neuroscience medical director

Executive Summary
PharmaNet has appointed Dr Joel Posener as executive medical director of its Neuroscience division. Prior to joining the CRO, Dr Posener held various roles at Wyeth (now Pfizer), including senior director of neuroscience, and senior director of early development and clinical pharmacology. He directed Phase II projects in a variety of psychiatric indications including cognitive impairment in schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and depression. PharmaNet has conducted more than 100 neuroscience clinical trials in the past five years.
