Covington creates life sciences corporate team

Covington and Burling has added a life sciences corporate team to its London office, comprising four partners; Paul Claydon, Natalie Diep, James Gubbins and James Halstead. The four have worked as a team for many years advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, financing and private equity and venture capital transactions in the life sciences, technology and renewable energy industries.
