Morgan Lewis expands FDA & healthcare practice

The law firm Morgan Lewis has appointed Donna Lee Yesner and Stephen Ruscus as partners in its FDA and healthcare practice, based in Washington, DC. Ms Yesner is the co-chair of the healthcare contracting committee of the ABA Public Contracts Section, while Mr Ruscus focuses his practice on public healthcare, government contracts and litigation.
