Richard Kiral exits Oxygen as president & COO

Oxygen Biotherapeutics has announced that Richard Kiral has retired as president and Chief Operating Officer, effective 1 April, 2011. Dr. Kiral will complete his term on the board of directors but will not seek re-election at the annual shareholder meeting in September. Dr. Kiral has signed a two-year consulting agreement with the company.
