Gilead and Roche sue Natco over generic Tamiflu

Shares of Natco Pharma were down marginally on Indian bourses as Gilead Sciences and Roche filed an infringement suit against it in a US court concerning a generic version of Gilead's influenza treatment Tamiflu (oseltamivir phosphate) capsules.
