AstraZeneca inks another Indian deal; Intas is latest partner

Executive Summary
AstraZeneca has entered into a licensing and supply agreement with India's Intas Pharmaceuticals for a basket of products, predominantly in the oncology area, as part of its efforts to expand in the emerging markets. This is AstraZeneca's third such deal with an Indian company, having recently put in place similar alliances with Aurobindo Pharma and Torrent Pharmaceuticals.
