Noxxon Pharma's CEO to leave

Executive Summary

The CEO of the German firm Noxxon Pharma, Dr Frank Morich, is to leave the company on 15 August to take up the position of executive vice-president of international operations at Takeda Pharmaceutical. Iain Buchanan, a director of Noxxon, will assume the role of interim CEO with effect from 1 September while the company's board searches for a permanent replacement. Mr Buchanan was CEO of Novexel before its purchase by AstraZeneca earlier this year.
