New board appointment at Unigene

Unigene Laboratories (US) has appointed Zvi Eiref to its board of directors as an independent director. Mr Eiref has more than 30 years' financial management and operating experience, primarily in the consumer packaged goods business, including a 20-year tenure as the chief financial officer of Church & Dwight Co.
