The prosecution of the UK alleged drugs price-fixing case has ended, with the Court of Appeal refusing leave to the Serious Fraud Office to appeal an earlier ruling in the case, known as Operation Holbein. Mr Justice Pitchford of the Southwark Crown Court ruled in July that the case should be halted.
