Genmab has started a head-to-head Phase III trial of its newly approved drug Arzerra (ofatumumab) versus its biggest rival, Roche's (Genentech) Rituxan/MabThera (rituximab), in patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), the most common form of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).
