Tobira Therapeutics, a private US biopharmaceutical company developing and commercialising antiviral compounds to treat HIV, has appointed Dr Roscoe Moore to its scientific advisory board. Dr Moore, president of PH RockWood, is the former assistant US surgeon general and rear admiral, US Public Health Service (retired).
