Biotech company AVVAA World Health Care Products signs letter of intent to acquire Mystic Mountain Body and Spa Products, a British Columbia-based manufacturer of skin and body products, Philadelphia firm reports. AVVAA, which markets therapeutic skin care and health care items, notes the move is a major step in setting up manufacturing facilities in Canada.
