Executive Summary
International Flavors & Fragrances Exec VP Julian Boyden retires, concluding 35 years in the flavors and fragrances industry, supplier announces March 27. Former president and CEO of Bush Boake Allen joined IFF with acquisition of BBA in 2000. Although his retirement was effective March 31, Boyden will continue to assist IFF on several strategic projects through the end of the year, IFF says. Boyden also represented IFF on the board of the Fragrance Materials Association, the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials, the Flavor & Extract Manufacturers Association and the International Association of the Flavor Industry, positions he will continue to hold in 2004, firm adds.
