ATKINSONS ALVIERO MARTINI FRAGRANCES U.S. EXPLORATION SET FOR NOV. 1 with plans for distribution in Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and select Bloomingdale's doors, the Unilever division said. The Alviero Martini duo -- Per Donna and Per Uomo -- will launch under the direction of Atkinsons' U.S. distributor, International Theatre of Fragrances. ITF anticipates the prestige men's and women's scents will reach full U.S. distribution of 150 to 200 doors after the first year. Livonia, Mich.-based ITF also distributes Atkinsons' I Coloniali men's and women's scents (launched in 1996), Fun Water, under a licensing agreement with Malaga, Spain-based De Ruy Perfumes (1997), and the Nascar scent (1996).
