Firm is planning national FSI coupon drops for L.A. Looks and Halsa hair care brands in January. The firm will distribute 74 mil. coupons for 30 off any L.A. Looks gel or spray gel and 30 off any shampoo, conditioner or styling product Jan. 23. In a Jan. 16 FSI, Dep will distribute 43 mil. pairs of 25 off coupons, one for a Halsa shampoo and one for a conditioner
