Johnson & Johnson Personal Products company has completed its acquisition of Gillette's Rembrandt brand, the company announces Dec. 21. The acquisition was initially announced in October and represents entry into the tooth whitening category for J&J ("The Tan Sheet" Oct. 31, 2005, p. 7).
