LILLY/PCS CONSENT ORDER SHOULD REQUIRE P&T COMMITTEE FOR CLOSED FORMULARY, NACDS and Citizen Action jointly requested in a June 23 letter to Federal Trade Commission Chairman Robert Pitofsky. Representatives of the 3 mil. member consumer group Citizen Action and the National Association of Chain Drug Stores met with Pitofsky and FTC Commissioner Janet Steiger the week of June 12 to urge FTC's reconsideration of the acquisition of the pharmacy benefit management firm PCS by Lilly from McKesson.
