Alltracel Pharmaceuticals, an Irish company which first announced that it planned a market flotation in 1997, has said that it now plans to push for a complete stock market listing by the end of this year, following a private placement in the next few weeks. The Sallynoggin, County Dublin-based company has proprietary blood coagulation technology, known as m-doc, developed by Czech researchers.
