European industry presented its regulatory wish list to DG Enterprise Commissioner Erkki Liikanen last week in Brussels. In what was a landmark meeting, representatives from Guidant, ISOTIS, Impella, ELA Medical and Siemens Medical joined EUCOMED director-general Michael Baker, EDMA president Professor Uwe Bicker and a representative from COCIR in what was anticipated to be a valuable first exchange of views on a broad range of subjects.
