Rapid test maker Quidel has insisted there is everything still to play for in its patent litigation against Inverness Medical Innovations. The company issued its statement following the news that Acon Laboratories is facing an injunction on some of its test products after it failed to invalidate a patent owned by Inverness Medical Innovations that is also a key factor in Quidel's litigation.
